I wasn't entirely sure what this dish was supposed to be like when I saw it in 20 Minutes To Dinner, but it looked nice so I thought I'd give it a shot.
It turned out like a very mild curry. It's very healthy, everything in it is either dry fried, or steam fried. It was tasty enough, and easy, but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to make it again. It was good, not great.
Served with the obligatory brown rice, blah blah blah.

Looks exactly like Mattar Paneer (unsurprisingly!). Though my local takeaway makes it with cottage cheese which is not as nice as cubes of paneer or tofu. Anyway, one of my favourite meals. Haven't tried Bryanna's version yet - Myself I think you can't beat fried onions, a tablespoon of Patak's curry paste, a tin of tomatoes, and a few frozen peas chucked in.
